The controller of personal data on Cais is the natural person operating this site (contact via the email published in production).

We process account email, saved jobs, alert preferences, and — when you apply to a Cais-hosted job — your message and CV PDF. CVs are stored in object storage and deleted after 30 days. Applications are forwarded by email to the employer.

Aggregated listings from IEM and Net-Empregos show metadata and link to the source; we do not claim ownership of those postings.

Legal basis: contract / pre-contractual steps for applications, and legitimate interest for operating the board and abuse prevention. You may request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction under GDPR / Lei 58/2019.
